I joined this project during its early stages, focusing on developing the look of the supernatural effects for two of the superheroes.

My work mainly involved developing the effects from the initial build up of the lightning like energy through to the final impact on the characters. I also focused heavily on the FX look development, particularly because the effects were fully emissive. Finding the right balance between achieving a strong glowing appearance without losing detail or overexposing the effect was one of the main challenges.

It was one of the most well organised and efficiently run productions I had the opportunity to be part of, making it a particularly enjoyable experience from both a creative and production perspective.
